Secret of Happiness

Every Thought is like a seed that has the potential to become a fruit giving tree.  Your life can change with just one right thought.  The life of most people is not good only because they spend most of their time in doing those activities that they don’t like. They live in negative barren thoughts. Your mind and heart are not in the work you do.  The result is mediocrity and failure and you lose confidence in your abilities.  You somehow carry on in order to survive.  Your life becomes a burden to you.

Shabd-Surat yoga is a solution that can help you. Surat-Shabd yoga will start bringing about a change that will appear miraculous to your defeated mentality.  You will see miracles happening in your life and you will start believing that you are worthy of God’s love. This will once again give you confidence that you had once had but you subsequently lost. This feeling of support from God creates space for you to start believing in yourself.  Use that space to start doing what you like to do. Start listening to your heart. Start doing those things that you are good at and that you enjoy.  Stop those activities that you don’t like but the world wants you to do. Rest assured you will have a much better life – Aadishri Arun

What is Anger? | Anger

What is Anger?

What is Anger

Anger finds its origin in Desire. Desire comes from the Rajasic mode of nature.  Anger is an immense and insatiable consumer of indulgences and in the desire for indulgence it makes the person commit many sins.  Consider Anger your enemy.  How does Anger start?  It starts when a person starts focusing his attention on a particular subject.  That attention and the knowledge the person gains due to the attention he gives to that subject leads to attachment with that subject.  That leads to expectations. When that attachment is thwarted or obstructed by any obstacle, anger arises.

What is Anger?

Anger leads to a coarse mentality and that leads to misjudging situations because ones perception is corrupted by anger. Wisdom is sacrificed and this leads to errors in judgment.  The person makes mistakes and falls down.  In today’s age, there is almost no-one who does not experience anger. When you get angry, you don’t know what you are saying and you lose control. The first rule of life is to keep your anger under check. Those who are successful have themselves under control.  The one’s who don’t control themselves find themselves under someone else’s control. You should learn the basic etiquette of how to communicate with someone.  The first thing to do is to speak sweetly. The best thing to do when you feel anger is to not speak at that moment because what you will say at that moment is not in your control and you will regret it later – Aadishri Arun

Chose the path of confidence without fear

path of confidencePath of confidence

Aadhishri Arun

When you chose the path of confidence and fearlessness, then all obstacles will melt away.  Without fearless and positive thinking, life is incomplete. The darkness of gloom is easily pierced by confident and fearless resolve to achieve one’s objective.  You may not be able to control your external circumstances, but you are in command of your own thoughts.  It is within you control to either think negative fearful thoughts about some situation or think fearless and positive thoughts.  To be positive and fearless, the first step is to have hope and have faith in what you want to do.  That hope and faith is like a lamp that drives away the gloom of darkness. Since thoughts arise in your mind you can control your mind and not let it loose since an uncontrolled mind will think of many kinds of thoughts and fear comes easily to such a mind.

Today is the day to forget past mistakes and start afresh. Start today with a positive spirit. Avoid bad habits since bad habits make the person lose control.  Form a good habit today-Positive and fearless thinking.

Who is AADISHRI ARUN and What is his teaching

Who is AADISHRI

In 20th century, place Pooth Khurd, Delhi – 110039, India, AADISHRI ARUN appeared in the form of spiritual movement. His teaching brought a revolution in the field of God realization and is considered by adherents as a true way for attaining the God. The word “AADISHRI ARUN” itself is actually a combination of two words: “AADISHRI” and “ARUN”. The term Aadishri means the following-‘An exalted dignitary  or someone who is famous and distinguished.  Aadishri also means the first born and that indicates the ‘Son of God’ or God.

Arun on the other hand means ‘Light’ or the ‘Sun’

Thus the combination means that an exalted dignitary full of light and the Son of God or God. AADISHRI -the first born-took the shape and  form of Light in human form is called Arun. It is AADISHRI ARUN who is the ocean of light. He took rest at the certain place i.e. called Anami. The drop of light is called SOUL. In the pot of body this SOUL has entered and due to this SOUL life is presented in that body. Every thing has created by him only. Thus it is said the Chetan Creation has appeared from him only. He is recognising with the name of  –  God and Creator, Sadguru and Ishwar Putra, First born and Adi Purush, Super Soul and Kshirdakosayi Vishnu etc. He can give life and take it back. He can fulfil your all desire, he can provide you all comforts and he is protector of you all. He can make you free from the bondage of rebirth.

Those who believe in the teachings of AADISHRI ARUN and the Faith hold that there is one True Supreme Being (AADISHRI ARUN) who is the Fountain-Head of all spirituality and the Creator of the universe and the spirit or soul of man (Surat) emerges from the same Supreme Being, has understood the divine secret.

The Philosophy and teachings of Aadishri Arun are based on the Anaami – the formless nature of God who creates the universe through his first born – Aadishri. It also can be interpreted to mean the Master Soul who guides the disciple to higher states of consciousness.

According to teachings of AADISHRI ARUN, there are three elements in the human body: the Inferior Energy “JAD (Root) PRAKRTI” from which the physical body is made; the Superior Energy “CHETAN (conscious) PRAKRTI” from which the human mind (mana) is made and the third, the spirit – “Super-Soul” which is the life and soul of the human body and this brings about the evolution and development of man’s body and mind. The human body and mind both are perishable or mortal, while the spirit – “Super-Soul” is immortal. Corresponding to these, there are three Grand Divisions in the Creation, namely, the pure spiritual region, called Avinashi Desh; the Brahmanda or Region of Universal Mind in which the mind dominates over spirit; and the Pind Desh or Physical Universe in which matter is pre-dominant. A spirit can attain salvation or freedom from the cycles of birth and death, only if it enters the purely spiritual region. The techniques are used to enter in the purely spiritual region is called SURAT SHABD YOG.

SURAT SHABD YOG: AADISHRI Faith believes that the means to salvation is practice of Surat Shabd Yog which involves initiation into a holy name by the Guru and devotional chanting of the holy name to find the current of divine sound (Shabd) within oneslf. This sound in not a imaginary sound or mythical sound. It is an omnipotent and omnipresent divine sound that reverberates continuously throughout the four regions and can be actually heard by any individual with due practice and through the grace of his Guru. The Surat Shabd Yog is easy to practice and can be practiced by any one irrespective of caste and creed or gender and economic status. However its success will greatly depend upon how much love is generated in one’s heart towards the Supreme Being and the Satguru.

TO-DAY'S MESSAGETO-DAY’S MESSAGE

From the Desk of Aadishri Arun:

Initially Aadishri pointed out, there will be only darkness but eventually light will appear in the form of either small flashes or small star-like points. In any case, one should focus on the radiance, keeping one’s simran intact and allowing the light to draw the soul inward. The third and most important step, Aadishri said, is to listen to the sound that issues forth from the light. It is this internal music which will numb the body and allow the consciousness to leave its ordinary dwelling. By riding this current of light and sound, like a fish going upstream, the soul will be able to go back to its original home. On the journey within, however, the soul must be guided by a true master so as not to be detained in any of the lower illusory surface.
