Eternal life is for you

deepak

Eternal life becomes possible through a right relationship with Lord Kalki. It is divided into two parts, “What must you know?” and “What must you do?”

“What must you know?” is about recognizing our need to find or return to God, whose kingdom is in eternity. A necessary life of goodness in preparation for eternity comes through the transforming and empowering ministry of the Lord Kalki. Believing in Lord Kalki as resurrected Lord brings us into the family of God, and the promise of resurrection life for ourselves.

“What must you do?” is really about what you are willing to let God do. There needs to be a willingness to change and a readiness to believe the words and promises of Lord Kalki. Believing requires a commitment and an openness to receive all that God has for us. This includes a new and transformed life which is available through the ministry of the Lord Kali. It is a life of inspired and empowered service, not to seek reward, but to show gratitude for the promised gift, “that whoever believes shall not perish but have eternal life.

Tips on meditate successfully

Success in meditation depends on various factors. The first is to meet a Sadguru who re-connects our soul to Paratma through a process of initiation.  Thus in today’s time, to meet AADISRI ARUN who connects us to God is the height of good fortune and the greatest blessing. The second is that before sitting in meditation, pray to AADISRI because that will give impetus and help to our meditation. You can sit in Padmaasan, Siddhasana or any position which is comfortable. The idea is that body should not cause discomfort and disturb the meditation. Thirdly, the best time to meditate is before sunrise i.e.  between 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. This is called Brahma-Murtha. But if you are unable to give time in small hours of the morning, you may give time which suits you best. Fourthly You should You try to meditate 3 to 4 hours daily. In the beginning you may not be able to sit for that long but you can try to increase your practice till you are meditating for this long.  This time can be divided into 2-3 times during the day.

Please use the repetition of charged words (NAAM) i.e. called Simran. It will help you in gathering together the wandering wits to the still point of the soul between and behind the two eyebrows. This is the seat of the soul and all senses should be withdrawn to this point and held there. Basically the consciousness of the flesh (the body) should be lost. The successful completion of this process leads to dhyan or concentration on its own. Dhyan or concentration when perfected, leads one to Bhajan or attuning to the music which emerges from within the center of the holy light. This enchanting holy melody has a magnetic pull which is irresistible, and the soul cannot but follow it to the spiritual source from whence the music emerges. The soul is helped by this triple process to slide out of the shackles of the body and becomes fixed in the heavenly radiance of its Self (Atman), and it led on to the heavenly home of the father.

There are two ways within – Jyoti Marg and Surat Marg (the way of light and the way of sound), respectively. The holy Light keeps the soul fixed and absorbed and to certain extent leads the soul as well, but the holy Word pulls it upward and carries it across from plane to plane in spite of various hurdles on the way, like blinding or bewildering lights, densely pitch darkness, etc., until the soul reaches its destination.

While sitting during meditation, one may forget the repetition of the five holy Names. In such case mind and Kaal (the Negative Power) can deceive you. This is the reason, to be on guard and  not leave off repetition.

From the Desk of Aadishri Arun:

When we see darkness with our eyes closed we are on the surface  of death and re-birth. When we come out of the sphere of darkness and enter into the sphere of Light, we will at the same time transcend the web of death. It is not possible that we can remain in darkness and be free from the net of birth and death. Having achieved inner Light, we can be liberated from the cycle of birth and death.

A brief  summary of Surat Shabd Yoga

AADISHRI ARUN : Man must know where he is going; Light and Sound are both a necessity to know where you are going, and the Sound will be dragging you like anything. You do not know where you are going, so both things should be developed. Sound Principle is the guiding principle. Those who take up only Light, they may be enveloped by Light, but do not know where to go further. The Sound Principle guides there. Both things go hand in hand.

You should listen closely whether any higher Sound is coming, and while listening closely, repetition of the five names should not be done. You will have more Sounds than one, but you have to stick to that of a big bell, a conch, a shell, thunder, drum-beat, a violin (Saarangi) and the flute, which are the higher types of Sounds and leave all the rest.

As regards the Sound of Veena, it somewhat resembles the sound of the instrument which the snake-charmers use to play to catch the snakes. Its tune resembles that of a flute – the difference is that the sound of the flute is shrill compared with that of the Veena – just as the sound of a violin is shrill when compared with that of the flute – and the Sound grows more in volume and thicker and continuous as the soul traverses higher. It is a continuous Sound resembling that of a bagpipe. When you listen to the Sound you are not to follow it to trace out its source of emanation, as in that way it fades out. You should simply keep on listening at your eye-focus with rapt attention. It will draw closer, grow stronger, and ultimately come from above. As for hearing the Sound Current, you will please put in equal time for that soon after your sitting for withdrawal. If, however, this is not possible, you may devote time separately for each practice.
