Aadishri Faith

Those who believe in the teachings of AADISHRI ARUN and the Faith hold that there is one True Supreme Being who is the Creator of the universe, who is the spirit or soul of man (Surat) and who is the Fountain-Head of all spirituality, are in AADISHRI FAITH.

According to teachings of AADISHRI ARUN, there are three elements in the human body: the Inferior Energy ‘JAD PRAKRTI’- which can be called material nature, and from which the physical body is made; the Superior Energy ‘CHETAN PRAKRTI’- conscious nature- from which the human mind (mind) is made and the third, the spirit – ‘Super Soul’, which is the life and soul of the human body and brings about the evolution and development of man’s body and mind.

The human body and mind are both perishable or mortal, while the spirit – ‘Super Soul’  is immortal. Corresponding to these, there are three Grand Divisions in the Creation, namely, the pure spiritual region called Avinashi Desh; The Brahmanda Desh or the Region of Universal Mind in which the mind dominates over spirit; and the Pind Desh or Physical Universe in which matter is pre-dominant. A spirit can attain salvation or freedom from the cycles of birth and death, only if it enters the purely spiritual region. The techniques are used to enter in the purely spiritual region is called SURAT SHABD YOG.

According to AADISHRI ARUN, the highest God or Supreme Being is Sat Purush – AADISHRI ARUN. He is the highest reality, higher than Brahman, Allah and the God of Christianity and Judaism. There is no scripture or religion that describes him adequately. He belongs to the highest region while the scriptures, religions, incarnations and gods mentioned above come from lower regions. He is the highest reality. All the worlds are manifested by Him through a gradual succession of planes which are called Grand Regions. His state prior to creation is the supreme state of ‘Shunya’-which is soundless self. Upon waking up from this state He produced a divine current (Shabd), from which emerged different regions, gods, beings and objects.

These can be classified in four categories called Four Grand Regions. The Highest or fourth grand region is called Chaitanya Desh/Avinashi Lok or the Peaceful Region. In it located Aadishripad, Agamlok, Alakhlok and Satlok. These are pure spiritual worlds of light, love, bliss and peace. They are not subject to dissolution.

This is from where Kaal is a manifest by this Supreme Being. Kaal has both mind and matter. His spiritual energy is known as Adya. Kaal creates both the third and the second grand regions. The third region is a combination of spirit and subtle matter where the spirit is predominating while the second is a combination of matter and spirit where matter is predominating. Using his spiritual energy, Kaal transforms himself into Niranjan and Jyoti and created the third Grand Region known as And-Desh. It has three sub-regions of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. Then he created the second Grand Region known as Brahmand, using his Adya and Akshar Purush (latent spiritual energy). This region is a combination of spirit, mind and pure matter (Maya). It has three sub-regions, Sunya, Trikuti and Sahasdal Kanwal. It is pervaded by the Universal Mind and is qualified by the Five tattvas (principles) and three gunas (qualities). Finally Kaal creates Pind-Desh or the First Grand Region. It is the material and physical world with a nerve centre and nine apertures in which is encased the Surat (the Soul or the spirit entity). In this world the soul is deeply enmeshed in matter and the only way it can escape from there is through the help of Guru and by finding the flow of shabd or divine current.

How to achieve success

How to achieve success

How to achieve success

Aadishri Arun:

To achieve success in anything you do, three attributes are important.

  1. Your goal must be clearly fixed. And when the goal is decided then you should walk towards it with all your strength and all you resolve. And be positive in your actions towards that goal.
  2. The second is that your single-minded focus must be on your goal and you must work hard towards your goal. Your mind heart and being must be obsessed with your goal and you must think of nothing else. This is the secret of success. The worst of adversities cannot shake you from you goal. Other things, however attractive, money-making or fame giving, cannot divert you from your goal. That’s how you should think. Only then will you do whatever it takes to achieve success. If you have to get up early and sleep late you will do it without effort. All your thoughts would be directed in this regard. When this is the state of mind then the highest success will be yours.
  3. The third thing is Enthusiasm. That does not mean that you should sing and dance or throw your arms about! But it is to internalize a passion that will ensure success. When a man has enthusiasm, he will go the extra mile to do the job required to ensure success. He is ready to find creative ways to achieve his goal. He not only explores traditional knowledge but finds new ways to enhance the old knowledge and finds new ways to do things. He is constantly thinking about his goal and how he can achieve it. Even when circumstances demoralize that person his enthusiasm helps him to find the way forward. To maintain your enthusiasm, you can take help. You can read the right books, read the right blogs and keep the right company.  Find your means to maintain your enthusiasm. Then you will soon reach your goal.
  4. One last thing about your goal. People advice that you should set a time limit to your goal. I disagree.  The achievement of your goal is linked to your enthusiasm. It doesn’t matter if the goal takes one month, one year, ten years or even a lifetime.  The goal must be pursued as long as you believe in the goal and find enthusiasm for it. Then early or late, we will find success.

The truth about fear

The truth about fear

truth about fear

 Aadishri Arun:

I ask you this question.  Don’t all routes change with time? Doesn’t every new day brings with it new challenges? If that is true then how can the experience of the past help with future situations?  The fact is that struggle is the genesis of strength and energy. If you look at the past you will observe in numerous situations that whenever there is conflict and strife, there is a birth of strength and energy and that energy rids the world of that conflict.

The driver of man is ‘Fear’.  Man is always looking at life through the prism of fear. His choices are based on fear and he is always looking for safety. Even when he is safe he still looks for safety! But what is fear? It is only the imagination of the mind about the future based on its past experience and it is always negative. But do you know that no-one knows the future and no-one knows what Time will bring.  Neither you know what time will bring, nor does your enemy. Time runs only on the pleasure of the Lord.  The one who plots to harm you, can he harm you? No! It can only happen if God allows it and that is only when you deserve it!  But the fact is that your fearful mind causes you far more harm than your circumstances ever can. It is said that “The fearless man dies once but the fearful man dies every day.”

The fearful heart always takes wrong decisions and it makes the situation worse.  On the other hand the peaceful, fearless and happy mind always takes the right decisions and crosses the difficult situation with ease. When a man does not trust his own strength and competence then he feels no confidence in facing his life’s situations. This results in him abandoning his virtues and adapting wrong things in life.  An example of this is corruption.  When we feel that we will not be able to get the work done, we are ready to pay a bribe. Lack of confidence is the mother of all wrong practices in life. What is self confidence?  It is the belief that you are the master of your fate and you are the captain of your soul.  You are in charge of your destiny.

Aadishri taught – Seven rules to be happy

Aadishri taught – Seven rules to be happy

be happy

For his disciples Aadishri Arun taught to  following Seven rules to be happy :

  1. All people have good and bad qualities. It is better to look at the good qualities of a person than his bad qualities. It is a normal human tendency to look at the negative qualities of another person rather than his positive qualities.  But those people, who look at the positive qualities of others, are happier people. Not only must you look at the positive qualities of a person, you must also look at the positive things in every situation you face in life. For example, if you are not selected for a job interview, then rather than feel depressed, you can think that God has kept an even better job for you and you will get it sooner or later. People may say that ‘whatever happens happens for good only’ but they rarely believe it when times are bad. It is not easy to see the good in other people and to do that you must ask the specific question-What is good in that person? When you ask that question, believe me, you will find many positive qualities in that person who earlier you thought badly off.
  2. The people who want to be happy must learn to forgive others. When you forgive, you also forget and that reduces the burden of negative emotions that you carry. The people who remain happy don’t take to heart the small problems of life. They know how to forgive, not only others but themselves as well. Happy people have no ego issues and don’t have a problem asking for forgiveness from others if they have hurt others. They have realized that Ego is worthless and it sets the wrong balance in life. They have no problem saying sorry.
  3. Those who want to remain happy must develop a strong social support system around themselves. There are two pillars to that support system-family and friends. Family and friends have a very big contribution to the state of happiness of a person. You may well have wealth and status but if you don’t have family and friends to share it with then you will not be able to remain happy for long. Therefore as much as possible, make your relations with friends and family good. Wishing them on their birthday; giving genuine compliments; meeting them with a smile on your face; meet them with warmth-all this makes your relationships strong. If you do this, then this is what you will get in return as well and this will make you peaceful and happy. All those who want to be really happy in life should follow this one basic advice.
  4. Those who want to be happy must do work which appeals to them and do it with their full attention. Most people are not fortunate enough to do that work that suits their mentality. The reason is that when most people start their careers, they don’t have much idea about what they suited for. But if you find yourself doing a job that you don’t like, still pour your heart and mind in it.  You will discover that you will get good at it and you will be happy.
  5. Those who want to be happy must learn not to give too much importance to their thoughts that flit in and out of their minds. On an average 60000 thoughts cross the mind of the average person every day and most of these thoughts are negative. If you start paying attention to these negative thoughts then it will be difficult-nay very difficult to ever be happy. What you should do when you find negative thoughts coming is to ignore them and not start dwelling on them.  You should tell yourself-what if what I am thinking doesn’t come true? And even if is true then what I am thinking of as bad for me, may actually be good for me? This counter thought will create peace.  There is biology behind what I am saying.  Negative thoughts- worry and fear- that cause certain chemicals such as adrenalin to be released in your body and that raises your blood pressure and puts pressure on all your organs while positive thoughts do the opposite.
  6. To be happy, one has to associate one’s life with a higher cause-a higher purpose. Once a lady saw three laborers carrying bricks at a construction site. She asked the first laborer about what was he doing.  He replied rather rudely-‘Can’t you see that I am carrying bricks?’ She then asked the second laborer, “What are you doing? He replied, “I am working so that I can earn money to feed myself and my family.’ Then she asked the third laborer about what he was doing. His reply? ‘I am working on a building that is going to be a biggest and most opulent temple of this town.’  The reader can guess for himself which person would be the happiest of the three and doing the best job.
  7. Those who want to be happy must take responsibility for their life and their actions. They should not be in victim mode or in a reactive mode. They should believe in changing their life by their own actions. If something bad happens, they don’t blame others. For example such people-if they are late for office, they don’t blame the traffic, they instead plan to leave earlier next time. Happy people may give the credit of their success to others but never the blame for their failure. Those who blame others for their problems and failures only get angry and those who put the onus on themselves may initially get a bit disheartened, but they soon get to working things out so that failure can be turned to success next time around. This results in their energies being well spent-not in blaming others but in improving themselves. Since the power to change things comes from this kind of attitude that person remains in command of his life and is therefore happy.

Only One God

Only One God

Only One God

One Caste, One religion and only one God-This spirit can be sown only by total belief and total passion.  Only those people who have that passion in their heart can transfer it to others. I believe that my living style is as per the wishes of the almighty Lord. Success is the proof of right or wrong in the material world. People all over the world have the belief planted firmly that there are many religions, castes and faiths and it is always more difficult to fight the beliefs of people than fight against their knowledge since knowledge can always be changed by pointing out different facts. Struggle is the genesis of all things. Mankind has become strong because of the struggle of the true religion against false beliefs. It is only through a peaceful life that the belief tree of multiple gods, multiple faiths and many castes can be removed from the root. Surat-Shabd Yoga is the way to bring peace to people’s hearts and convince them that there is only one mankind and only on God. The truth is that the souls of all men are individual drops of the vast ocean of God’s soul. This soul-drop, wears the soul of individuality, enters creation to take part in the play of God. But that does not mean that the soul can be divided into various divisions. The divisions that are caused by the belief in various types of Gods, Different castes and faiths should be removed from the hearts of the individual souls and from society-this is the demand of the times – Aadishri Arun
