From the Desk of Aadishri Arun:

When we see darkness with our eyes closed we are on the surface  of death and re-birth. When we come out of the sphere of darkness and enter into the sphere of Light, we will at the same time transcend the web of death. It is not possible that we can remain in darkness and be free from the net of birth and death. Having achieved inner Light, we can be liberated from the cycle of birth and death.

erererIMG_0696The teachings of AADISHRI ARUN are based on a living belief in three different things i.e. called AADISHRI Faith. These three different things are –

(I)    The belief in the existence of God,

(ii)   The belief in the oneness of the essence of God and the spirit entity in human being

(iii)    The cycle of Birth, Death and Re-birth.

Those who believe in the teachings of AADISHRI ARUN and the Faith hold that there is one True Supreme Being who is the Fountain-Head of all spirituality and the Creator of the universe and the spirit or soul of man (Surat) emerges from the same Supreme Being.

According to teachings of AADISHRI ARUN, there are three elements in the human body: the Inferior Energy “JAD (Root) PRAKRTI” from which the physical body is made; the Superior Energy “CHETAN (conscious) PRAKRTI” from which the human mind (mana) is made and the third, the spirit – “Super-Soul” which is the life and soul of the human body and this brings about the evolution and development of man’s body and mind. The human body and mind both are perishable or mortal, while the spirit – “Super-Soul” is immortal. Corresponding to these, there are three Grand Divisions in the Creation, namely, the pure spiritual region, called Avinashi Desh; the Brahmanda or Region of Universal Mind in which the mind dominates over spirit; and the Pind Desh or Physical Universe in which matter is pre-dominant. A spirit can attain salvation or freedom from the cycles of birth and death, only if it enters the purely spiritual region.

According to the AADISHRI Faith, the Supreme Being has blessed the human body with certain latent faculties, by awakening which, the spirit entity can establish contact with different regions of Creation. The Founder of the Religion is AADISHRI ARUN. He was born in Bihar, Village – Singhia Ghat on 1st Jan, 1961 and he lives in Pooth Khurd, Delhi – 110039 (India) and this is where he preaches to the Lord’s Devotees. He is the Supreme Being who has incarnated Himself and therefore does not have a Sat guru to initiate Him. These faculties were already awakened in Him from the time of birth and manifested at a time of His choosing.

Any person, who wishes to tread the path of spiritual progress, has to understand that only the Supreme Being is real and that worldly desires take us away from the Supreme Being. This realization is enough and it is not necessary for AADISHRI’S devotees to renounce the world and live in seclusion. The devotee can make spiritual progress while leading the life of a family man (grihastha) as long as he dedicates all his life’s experiences to the Lord.

IMG_0696ddddAADISHRI ARUN’S philosophy is a belief that there is a spiritual purpose to human life – to experience the divinity of God who resides in all of us. It is through this experience that we will realize the truth of the concept that there is only one God and we are all expressions of His love. And only after that can one live a full life.

This is an eternal philosophy that has existed since the beginning of creation and this philosophy is expressed to all men through a divinely sent teacher or Guru.  He explains the purpose of life and guides and instructs members in a method of spirituality based on a daily meditation practice. The present teacher is AADISHRI ARUN, who lives with his family at the main centre in northern India, Pooth Khurd, Delhi – 110039.

By performing the meditation practice according to the teacher’s instructions, individuals can realize the presence of God within themselves. It is a solitary practice that is done in the quiet of one’s own home. Members commit themselves to a way of life that supports spiritual growth while carrying out their responsibilities to family, friends and society.

Maha Updesh Of Aadishri, Part – 13

In 21st Century, AADISHRI ARUN appeared in the form of spiritual movement

In 21st century, place Pooth Khurd, Delhi – 110039, India, AADISHRI ARUN appeared in the form of spiritual movement. His teaching brought a revolution in the field of God realization and is considered by adherents as a true way for attaining the God. The word “AADISHRI ARUN” itself is actually a combination of two words: “AADISHRI” and “ARUN”. The term Aadishri means the following-‘An exalted dignitary  or someone who is famous and distinguished.  Aadishri also means the first born and that indicates the ‘Son of God’ or God.

Arun on the other hand means ‘Light’ or the ‘Sun’

Thus the combination means that an exalted dignitary full of light and the Son of God or God. AADISHRI -the first born-took the shape and  form of Light in Arun. The Philosophy and teachings of Aadishri Arun are based on the Anaami-the formless nature of God who creates the universe through his first born – Aadishri. It also can be interpreted to mean the Master Soul who guides the disciple to higher states of consciousness. AADISHRI ARUN emphasizes the use of listening to inner sound accessed by simran for devotees to attain the desired states of spiritual advancement.

A brief  summary of Surat Shabd Yoga

AADISHRI ARUN : Man must know where he is going; Light and Sound are both a necessity to know where you are going, and the Sound will be dragging you like anything. You do not know where you are going, so both things should be developed. Sound Principle is the guiding principle. Those who take up only Light, they may be enveloped by Light, but do not know where to go further. The Sound Principle guides there. Both things go hand in hand.

You should listen closely whether any higher Sound is coming, and while listening closely, repetition of the five names should not be done. You will have more Sounds than one, but you have to stick to that of a big bell, a conch, a shell, thunder, drum-beat, a violin (Saarangi) and the flute, which are the higher types of Sounds and leave all the rest.

As regards the Sound of Veena, it somewhat resembles the sound of the instrument which the snake-charmers use to play to catch the snakes. Its tune resembles that of a flute – the difference is that the sound of the flute is shrill compared with that of the Veena – just as the sound of a violin is shrill when compared with that of the flute – and the Sound grows more in volume and thicker and continuous as the soul traverses higher. It is a continuous Sound resembling that of a bagpipe. When you listen to the Sound you are not to follow it to trace out its source of emanation, as in that way it fades out. You should simply keep on listening at your eye-focus with rapt attention. It will draw closer, grow stronger, and ultimately come from above. As for hearing the Sound Current, you will please put in equal time for that soon after your sitting for withdrawal. If, however, this is not possible, you may devote time separately for each practice.
